There are times in our life when difficulties lead to thoughts and feelings inside of us that we are uncomfortable with. I offer in person sessions for couples, individuals (adults, children, teens) and families. My services include professional counseling for relationships, single parent and co-parenting issues, trauma restoration, and identity development. I also provide care for those with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, codependency, and addiction.
