I have extensive experience working with clients with life-altering health issues including cancer and HIV. I am also very sensitive to the issues and concerns of the LGBTQ community.
My approach to treatment will vary based upon your specific concerns, ranging from cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness training to long-term insight-oriented psychotherapy. My practice orientation is integrative but based in psychodynamic theory. My personal style is warm, direct, supportive and interactive.
I believe that positive change can and does happen with intentional effort and commitment to the therapy process. If you are ready to begin your own personal work, I am here to help you.
