More recently my focus has been personal growth work and assisting clients through life transitions. Such transitions may be dealing with a recent death, chronic illness, divorce, marriage, the birth of a child, beginning or ending a primary relationship. I also have a successful, ongoing structured group entitled Life Transitions.
I use IFS (Internal Family Systems) techniques, the Intensive Journal process, and various other modalities in my practice. Both IFS and the journal work derive from depth and transpersonal psychologies and share a positive, non-pathological view of the human person. I encourage a practice, such as meditation.

Groups
Life Transitions' Group
This is a twelve week structured group with group discussion and sharing, written exercises (optional), readings, along with instruction to help individuals successfully navigate through periods of transition. This could be precipitated by divorce, marriage, a new child, career change,chronic illness, retirement, a deeper sense of self, or of aging and one's mortality. Or Perhaps there is a growing desire for more meaning and purpose in one's life. Meditation, journaling, art, music and other creative practices are encouraged in this workshop.
