As an MFT Intern, I have training and experience in working with couples and families that are not "typical" and enjoy supporting them in navigating their unique challenges, strengths, and differences in a way that feels supportive for all people involved in the family unit. Before counseling at my current private practice, my experiences have included working with people at a domestic violence shelter, providing services to families as a parent aide, working with children as a behavior coach, and as a social worker

She specializes in psychiatric mental health care, specializing in the evaluation & treatment of ADHD and related disorders such as anxiety, depression, test anxiety, insomnia, depression, PTSD and Bipolar disorder. We provide medication management if you’re already taking Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, or other ADHD medications, after an initial evaluation, we can provide refills for your medication. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Private Practice, with over 30 years of experience in individual, family, marital, divorce, blended family, child and adolescent counseling, and veteran's issues. During that time, I have developed an understanding of human nature that guides me down the path to best help each individual.
