I am a Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapist, which enables me to provide tools for helping couples communicate effectively and transform their relationship. I also maintain an advanced certification as a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. This certification allows me to utilize a more holistic approach to treating from an integrative perspective. I am able to help clients achieve optimal mental and physical health and wellness while using a mind-body approach to healing.
I sincerely enjoy helping couples deepen their intimate connections through communication and helping them create a shared system of values and meaning. Additionally, autoimmune diseases often go misdiagnosed and present as a mental illness. Addressing the whole person is essential in identifying the root cause to help you regain your optimal health.
My main focus is building rapport before counseling starts, as I feel this is the most important factor in building a trusting, therapeutic relationship. I strive to deliver specialized and individualized care to each client. I truly feel that overtime, couples forget how to date each other, which is an integral element in finding their spark again.
