I work with Children and Adolescents who are struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and deteriorating relationships (family, friends, etc.). I also work with adults who are starting or are in the middle of a major transition in life, either personally or professionally.

I help people by listening to what they want from counseling, incorporating their values and Christian values to determine goals. Treatment plans are behavioral and specific using cognitive emotional reframing to achieve positive attitudes. Supportive encouraging confidential responses focus on the person's current and longer term situations. Goals are determined by assessing symptoms and circumstances using Biblical principals. Prayer is included as desired.
