The focus of our practice, is to assist adults, children, and families with obtaining relatable therapy, to reach goals. We assess situations in your life which contribute to current emotions behaviors and thought patterns. With child and adolescent clients our focus is similar, with the addition of close communication with the family. Moreover, with child and adolescents, we will focus on depression, impulsive behavior, limited attention span, oppositional/defiant behaviors, dishonesty, and social issues in school/home. Family and/or friends are welcome in your sessions for support. We do offer 430p-630p, and weekend appointments.

Working with clients is a privilege, not just an occupation. The work we do as therapists can change the trajectory of a person's life. I do not skirt around the tough issues when someone asks me for help. My role is not to get paid for chit chat. We determine what your goals are and envision success- problem solving the most effective ways to get you where you want to be, breaking down the barriers along the way as much as possible. Often we create our own barriers and prevent our own progress. I only use what works- after 20 years as a counselor I have weeded out the BS and have found what works.

We are a multi-specialty therapy practice serving the needs of the entire family. From postpartum depression and infertility, to trauma and addiction, to ADHD and anxiety, we are here for your family. We utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Art and Play therapy. My experience has been diverse and has brought to the place that I am now. I use a Client centered approach and believe in individualizing therapy for each of my Clients. One size does not fit all in the world of therapy. I view therapy as a form of self care and preventative health care. I try to change the perspective of mental health treatment and therapy and often work with Clients that are entering therapy for the first time.

Savannah Donahoe is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a background in trauma, crisis response, LGBTQIA+ issues, gender-affirming care, PTSD, depression and anxiety, self-esteem, gender identity-related issues, sexual identity,-related issues, grief, and loss. Savannah is passionate about providing support to folks of all ages through the unique challenges that they face. She values the importance of diversity, self-identity, and multicultural competency. Savannah completed her Master's degree in Counseling at the University of Montevallo. She has experience in trauma and crisis response, as well as gender-affirming care.

I really enjoy working with all types of clients - all ages and all issues. From grade school children to older adults - I work with individuals and their families to help everyone get through life's trials and tribulations in the best way we can - together. Whether it's a mood/anxiety disorder, family conflict, school or behavioral issue, trauma issue, job stress, major life change, or just finding yourself having trouble handling some stress - I know I can help my clients get to a better place.

Heath has experience helping individuals with a variety of problems, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, poor self-esteem, addictions, and relationship issues. Heath understands people are on different pathways and he tailors his approach to the client's specific needs.
