My Goal is to provide a space that feels warm, non-judgmental and more importantly helpful. I work with adults, teens, and children who are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. I believe that navigating these experiences feels better when we get to work through them with someone else. I offer Talk Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Art Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help resolve conflict, improve communication, and work to resolve trauma with a focus on early attachment and developmental needs. I also offer parent coaching to help with challenging behaviors at school or in the home.

Hey there! I'm Sam! If you're feeling down, not yourself, anxious or just need to "get back on track" with life, you've come to right spot. A calm and approachable environment is something I take pride in, a place where you can be yourself in whatever form that may be.

In therapy, I facilitate a welcoming, explorative environment through the implementation of solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and existentialism. For that reason, my ideal client either comes knowing what that would like to get out of therapy or is willing to work together to determine possible areas in which they would like to see improvement. Some goals set by my clients have included being happier, feeling less anxious, improving their focus on a specific habit, building their awareness on their future, improving their relationships with their significant other, and increasing their connections with others.
