I counsel children, youth, and adults through family problems, communication skills, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, work/life balance, and relationship issues. In the session, I aim to incorporate an awareness of the physical body to reach a more inclusive feeling of wellness in your mental state. If you are feeling out of balance in your life, our work together can help you find a sense of calmness in your body and harmony in your mind.
By combining the mind, body, soul into the session, you can leave with a feeling of inner peace and clarity. My main focus is to develop a warm and contained relationship and tailor a therapeutic approach specific to you. I draw from CBT, Strength Based, Somatic, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, & Solution Focused.
After completing my undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount, I obtained my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of San Francisco. In my spare time I like to do Pilates, immerse myself in nature, spend time with my dog, and tend to my metropolitan garden.
