Welcome! I'm Miranda a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My passion is to help others during times of transition (divorce, separation, starting a new career, new school, new relationships, etc). As a team we work to create strong coping skills to manage life's stressors including boundary setting, healthy communication strategies, and stopping negative thought patterns. I utilize other strategies such as art and play therapy to aid in healing and furthering insights into behavioral patterns.

You're tired of your past showing up in your day to day and you just want to find some peace and freedom from the pain.

Coming to therapy is an important step in life. Therapy helps to deal with difficult emotions, solve problems, and acquire skills to deal with life challenges. Problems block our joy and rob us of our peace. Using a strength-based approach Is helpful in finding your own solutions that make sense. The approach I use to therapy is customized to meet your needs.

Because of the joy I receive from watching a child and parent successfully complete therapy, I now focus my effort towards children and their family. I truly enjoy observing children learn, flourish, improve their ability to relate, and make a stronger bond between parent and child.
