Welcome to my therapy site. Life can be very stressful for all of us. Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Would you like to improve your self-esteem and/or your relationships? You can learn a lot about yourself and your ways of being. You can also get help with making changes so that you are happier with how your life is going. These are good reasons to call for a consultation. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental therapy relationship in which my clients feel respected and understood.
I have more than 35 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children, specializing in improving self-esteem, assisting with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, and helping parents with the many challenges they face. I also work with separated parents and children coping with divorce, custody and visitation concerns.
