Supporting mothers throughout the stages of motherhood is something I hold close to my heart. I am also extremely passionate about my work with teen girls, especially those who struggle with academic pressures. I facilitate two girls' group each week that focuses on friendships, self-esteem, self-care, and coping skills for middle and high school.

Brandi loves to work with all humans working through related to self-worth, relationships, identity, anxiety, etc. Brandi wants to provide that safe space that may be missing. Her goal is to help adults become introspective and limit the recreation of learned patterns. Brandi also loves to work with children and adolescents ages 7-17 around numerous issues, including, but not limited to: relationships/friendships, exploration, identity, self-esteem, anxiety, fears, and finding their voice. Brandi is dedicated to helping them become strong and healthy humans before they lead lives fully on their own.
