I specialize in seeing children, adolescents and young adults who are on the spectrum. My emphasis in my practice is seeing individuals who have been identified as on the spectrum as well as gifted individuals, and children/youth identified with a learning disability and executive functioning and anxiety challenges. I have worked in many different mental health settings and utilize a creative approach to therapy with hands on activities utilizing play, art, CBT, and sensory based, and Neurodivergent based DBT skills and horticultural therapy interventions.

Based on my current stage of life I understand the unique struggles faced by children, adolescents, young adults and young married couples. I want to help guide them through the struggles of life and relationships with compassion and understanding.

I specializing in working with women, children, non-binary inciduals, survivors of interpersonal violence, and sexual trauma. I also have experience treating couples, supporting people navigating grief, major life changes, depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder.

Natalie has worked with a wide range of ages and populations, which include treating those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, sexual abuse and other traumas, autism, intellectual disabilities and co-occurring mental health diagnoses, immigration processes, and college/career counseling. Natalie is client-centered and believes cultural, familial, trauma response, and learning capacity are important attributes in understanding her clients. Natalie believes in the importance of self-discovery, self-evaluation, and a growth mindset to have positive impacts on self and personal relationships.

I work with a wide variety of clients from depression, anxiety , bipolar, anger management, PTSD, disability disorders, Marital, partners, and family therapy. My youngest client is 18 months and my oldest client is 86 years old.

Jose (he/him) is a counseling student pursuing his masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). Jose is eager to work with diverse populations to gain valuable experience and make the most of his learning opportunities as he works towards obtaining his license. He believes in the collaborative nature of the therapeutic relationship, where clients actively participate in their growth and healing processes. Rachel (she/her) is working towards her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. She is starting her clinical internship journey and is thrilled to walk alongside you. She has experience working with children, youth, and adults in the therapeutic arts space. Rachel’s role as your counselor is to provide a safe, nurturing space to be seen and heard. Being able to share our stories and struggles is vital for healing and growth. Rachel approaches counseling through a holistic lens, understanding that each area of our life can impact how we feel.
