I have no doubt that by providing a safe compassionate space and effective tools, patients are able to solve problems and find answers. Most of my clients are teens and young adults. I have treated an array of issues from mood volatility to body image, self-injurious behaviors to anxiety, phase of life struggles as well as relationship issues. I focus on connecting to the client and helping them feel seen and heard. I do not stress labels and find that the therapeutic relationship itself has the greatest potential for healing, growth and recovery.
