I specialize in aiding those struggling with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, self-harm, sexual struggles, and some addictions. My approach is rooted in sensorimotor psychotherapy, interpersonal neurobiology, neuroscience, and narrative therapy, among other evidence-based practices. With a deep understanding of how trauma impacts the brain, mind, and body, I provide a safe space for healing; by listening and understanding your perspective to identify what’s working and what needs change.
