My job is to support your process of discovering what is getting in your way, and to help you develop the skills, mindset, or insight you need to move forward.

I work with clients who are looking for a positive, safe space to vent, heal, learn, and grow. Throughout our work together, I help my clients find a life that brings them peace and sets them free of judgment, self-sabotage, racing thoughts, unrealistic expectations, stress, or anything else that is holding them back. We will work together to find your worth, value, and purpose in this world so you can start living the wholesome life you envision for yourself.

I specialize in working with women, BIPOC clients, those dealing with race-related stress, single parents, older adults, and neurodivergent clients I also specialize in helping people who are trying to find their footing as they face various life transitions including parenthood, growing and changing careers, body image difficulties, and divorce.

I am present and supportive as my clients reflect on past traumas, difficult emotions and challenging life events. Our conversations will center around you, helping you establish boundaries, practice self-compassion, and build self-esteem.

I have experience working in community non for profits as well as out patient hospital based treatment working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, abuse, and difficulties in adjustments to difficult life situations. My approach is trauma, solution focused, and strengths based drawing from an eclectic style of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT)
