I’m a holistic psychotherapist trained to provide high quality, compassionate support to children, teens, and young adults navigating challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, self esteem, and disordered eating. I have a particular passion for serving the LGBTQ+ community and work from a gender- and sexuality-affirming perspective. I often work with individuals, children, families and couples who feel lost and hopeless after experiencing trauma or feeling stuck by perpetuating issues. At times, experiences that we go through may also lead to anxiety, depression, and feeling lost for how to move forward. I work with individuals to help identify ways to have these "rocks" removed and develop plans that could be accessed outside of our therapy sessions.
