My passions and experiences lie in working with children, pre-teens, and young adults who are navigating various forms of trauma. I also work with women and couples who are navigating the different challenges that come with a partner having experienced past trauma that is impacting their day-to-day lives.

My passion and focus is working with adults, adolescents, and families experiencing distress in their relationships and/or symptoms of depression and anxiety. I approach my work with clients from a place of genuine curiosity and understanding. I aim to provide a safe space where we can discuss the challenges getting in the way of achieving your goals and create a sustainable support system for lasting change in your life. I pride myself on being transparent during the process and an active participant in session.

As a relational therapist, I am deeply passionate to support individuals, families, and couples as they navigate life transitions and different experiences that impact connection with oneself and/or with one another. I strongly believe in the power of resilience (capacity to recover from any impact) and finding growth in the midst of challenges. I also believe, that sometimes finding the openings for growth are not so visible or accessible to our perception and therapy can support expanding that vision.

Psychotherapy can feel like a daunting journey to start but my goal is to help you feel supported, seen and understood each step of the way. Together, we will explore in detail what brings you to seek therapy and identify the problems that have become overwhelming, pervasive or limiting for you. I tailor my approach to each patient's individual needs and together we will work not only to reduce symptoms but to also address the underlying causes.
