I am a psychotherapist treating a range of issues and specializing in eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, etc., and co-occurring addictions, mood disorders. I help clients gain insight, while practicing healthier behaviors to participate in life, cope with feelings, decrease isolation and build relationships. I appreciate the role long-standing eating disordered patterns play in the lives of my clients and their families.

I offer a warm, supportive, confidential place where clients learn to expand their lives beyond self-destructive patterns, that harm their bodies and hinder relationships. I help clients cultivate hope, connection, purpose, and inner well being. I am versed in working with clients in 12-Step programs.

I help form a treatment team: psychiatrists, nutritionists, eating disorder programs. I completed post-masters training at the Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia in New York City, where I facilitate free eating disorder support groups (see below.) I am skilled in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavior therapies.
