It doesn't have to be that way. I am here to help. Let me tell you a little bit about my background. I am Japanese but have been living in the United States for more than thirty years. I am a trained psychoanalyst and for more than 20 years have been practicing psychotherapy.
As an immigrant, I understand how difficult it can be to cross cultural boundaries, particularly when coming from a background that discourages talking about personal feelings. As a mother of two children, I can also sympathize with the many challenges that face families today such as infertility, parenting, relationship issues and finance.
My approach helps people gain insight into the patterns of their lives. Together we construct theories of why you are struggling, then introduce a strategy to solve the challenges that you are facing. I hope to hear from you.
