In my work I use therapy to help identify and support my clients in getting what they want out of life. Whether it is making a big life change, working on a relationship, or resolving an issue that you have not been able to get a handle on, therapy can help you develop the necessary tools and insight to navigate through life's challenges. I am trained in many clinical interventions to be applied to individuals struggling with mental health disorders and daily life challenges. My approach is collaborative- I work with my clients to establish their goals and come up with a working plan to ensure we are meeting them.
My background includes work with adolescent and adult individuals, families, and groups struggling with a variety of mental health issues. I have worked as part of the city's hospital system in an outpatient mental health program for 6 years. I have also worked in education and crisis intervention.
