In essence, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel, and how you get there, is the mission. I have worked with individuals who suffer from complex trauma; PTSD, Mental Health Diagnosis, Domestic Abuse, and Addictions.
Through this partnership, we will utilize multiple theoretical approaches such as the Life Model, Cognitive Therapy, & Psychoanalysis. Working as a team will assist you with feeling supported in knowing that you're not alone and you are in a safe and comfortable space.
Working on yourself is not always an easy process, however, I am here to assist you through the self-discovery journey. I am currently working towards LCSW credentialing, operating under the auspices of an LCSW. I provide in home, office, & video therapy in the State of New York.
