I utilize EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Hypnotherapy, mindfulness, elements of CBT, psychodrama, psycho-dynamic, existential and spiritual approaches. Almost all issues can be treated via these modalities starting from relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, grief, etc. I believe that each one of us is capable of healing.
Due to significant experience and training, and in network plans not reimbursing fairly and sustainably, I am an out of network provider.
