I've been a practicing therapist with over ten years of experience helping individuals and couples deal with the obstacles that daily life presents. Couple dynamics, and challenges with sex and intimacy can pose difficulties in partnerships making it a hardship to talk without feeling fear and judgment. As a therapist, I am a compassionate and judgment-free clinician, who will help you feel confident about your mental and sexual health.

My areas of expertise include working with individuals and couples who are struggling with breakdowns in communication, low desire, arousal, orgasm, and painful intercourse, as well as helping LGTBQ people explore gender identity and sexual orientation. I also have experience in supporting couples exploring non-monogamy.

I have post-graduate training as a sex therapist through the University of Michigan’s Sexual Health and hold a certificate of completion in the program.
