As a trauma therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I help humans increase their bodily awareness about who they are, why they do the things they do, and who they would like to become. Having trained in Sex Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, EMDR, Art therapy, and Inner Relationship Focusing, I integrate these approaches in the gestalt. I work with people who experience difficulty accessing, connecting with, and verbalizing their feelings, as well as those with low self-esteem within their relationships. All humans can reach out to me, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Sex+, CNM, and Kink folks are welcomed with an open heart.
Specializing in struggles around intimacy, communication, trust, infidelity and sexual difficulties, I create a safe space for individuals, couples, and groups to be heard, seen, and learn from each other. Emotional safety with a sense of openness, connectedness, and transparency in relationships is an essential part of the journey that helps build trust.
I work in a relational and interpersonal psychodynamic framework and connect with others through the felt sense via bodily sensations, practicing mindfulness and conscious awareness in a transpersonal-spiritual approach. I also enjoy supervising therapists, providing clinical consultation and assistant teaching Somatic Experiencing trainings.
