I can help you to get beyond anxiety and depression which limit your ability to enjoy your life.Currently doing Telehealth only.

In our work together you will learn new skills to cope with the stresses of life and discover your own resilience and resourcefulness.
I also have experience working with young adults entering college and can help in developing the coping skills needed in dealing with this transition and other transitions to adult life roles.
