At Connections First, our Children, Youth, and Families (CYF) team is committed to supporting young clients and their families with compassion, expertise, and evidence-based care. We understand the unique challenges that children and families face today, and we provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where growth, healing, and connection can flourish. We use evidence-based approaches like EMDR for Children, CBT, Story Informed Trauma Therapy, Art & Play and Sand Tray Therapy, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. Focusing on emotional attunement, compassion, and connection, we empower clients to build resilience and lasting well-being.
