Coping Skills Group - Coping Outside the Box
Coping Outside the Box is a weekly therapeutic group for kids and teens that focuses on building healthy coping strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and big emotions. In a supportive and creative environment, participants explore tools such as art, music, movement, crafts, and mindfulness to discover new ways of expressing themselves and handling difficult feelings. The group also offers a safe space for connection, where children and teens can share experiences, realize they are not alone, and find strength in working through challenges together.
