Coping & Connecting is a therapeutic group designed for children and teens who benefit from support with both emotional regulation and social connection. This group combines coping skills practice with opportunities to strengthen peer relationships in a safe, supportive environment. Our Social Skills Groups support children from Pre-K through high school in building the confidence and tools they need to make and keep friends.
