To sustain improved healthy symptom changes, engaging in consistent treatment clinically proven to restructure negative cognitions directly impacting personal emotional regulation and negative behavioral patterns, is crucial.
My multi-cultural background, as a BIPOC, combined with extensive professional experiences, helps ground my primary specialties in anxiety, trauma, attachment issues, low self-esteem, grief and loss, depression, professional and relational stress, life transitions, adoptions, and foster care, along with other various medical and mental comorbid diagnosis.
