I love working with kids and their parents! Loud kids, active kids, mad kids, disruptive kids, depressed or anxious kids, unhappy teenagers with failing grades, school discipline issues or drug/alcohol problems. Whatever the problem, there is usually a fair amount of pain associated with it for everyone in the family. My practice is a safe, nurturing environment for kids and their parents to get help.
I've been a Licensed Psychologist in Texas since 1995. I earned a Ph.D. in Psychological Services from Indiana State University and I worked in public schools for 20 years. I'm credentialed as a Registered Health Service Psychologist, Licensed Specialist in School Psychology and Nationally Certified School Psychologist.
I completed certification in Reality Therapy with the William Glasser Institute and I'm an Eagle Scout from Troop 503 in San Antonio! My practice is near the intersection of Jollyville Road and Mesa Drive in Northwest Austin. I accept Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and I can work with patients who prefer to pay privately.
