My treatment focuses on building healthy coping skills, and includes the use of mindfulness and relaxation techniques. I have worked actively in the field since 2001, with a primary approach based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in trauma treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, an evidenced-based approach.
