As your therapist, I will provide you with a warm and safe environment free of judgment. I am a compassionate person who genuinely wants to see my clients live their best life. Together we will create an individualized treatment plan to address your concerns. I use evidence based treatment interventions to help you reach your personal goals.
I enjoy working with a variety of populations. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and families struggling with a broad range of issues. These include anxiety, depression, self-destructive behaviors, anger, academic stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma related symptoms.
Prior to private practice, I worked at Boys Town for 14 years, dedicating my whole career to serving children and families. I am currently accepting new clients and I offer a variety of appointment times to meet your busy schedule. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
