My background includes 5+ years of experience providing services to children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings including higher levels of care. I often work with clients who are struggling with balance, high stress, emotion regulation, and/or boundaries in their lives and I enjoy helping clients figure out what works best for them holistically.
As a trauma therapist, I am trained in both EMDR and Neurofeedback. I also utilize attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, as well as mindfulness-based practices in session. I specialize in trauma and recognize the importance of empowerment, resourcing, and regulation when approaching trauma work.
