I'm a professional mental health/addictions therapist working with adult clients. I utilize a trauma informed and client centered approach to therapy. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) as an effective treatment for trauma. EMDR Therapy can be beneficial for adults who have experienced a single traumatic event or have experienced complex trauma.
My passion has always been helping others and through my personal life struggles, I have gained a non-judgmental perspective on life. I believe every struggle I've faced has taught me valuable lessons and helped me to become humble, empathetic, and tenacious in everything I do.
