I do comprehensive dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT) as part of the DBT team at Gladstone Psychiatry and Wellness. Patients participate in individual therapy plus a 2 hr DBT skills group. I also offer 24 hr phone coaching between sessions.
I strongly believe that all of my patients have the capacity to heal and achieve their life worth living. I will offer you a nonjudgmental space to process and change your emotions and behaviors so that you can live a satisfying and fulfilling life.
