I work to build rapport quickly by creating a warm space for clients to feel heard and to explore how to cope. I am passionate about Women's Health and have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health. I work to create an empowering and compassionate space as clients explore the transition to parenthood, develop prenatal and postpartum support plans, and navigate infertility, loss or other health challenges. I create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients to feel safe and supported. I strive to help my clients develop skills and confidence to live a more fulfilled life.
I use CBT and other evidence-based approaches. I work in partnership with my clients (and their parents) to help identify areas of focus for treatment. I help clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, ADHD, OCD, executive functioning skills, and other life stressors. Our practice is centered on working with all ages.
A free phone consultation can be scheduled to explore your intentions for treatment. AMK has immediate slots open to schedule with one of our therapists. Please visit our website to schedule a session online or call to schedule. Our hope is that therapy can be an empowering place to change the way you relate to yourself, others and the world around you.
