We work together to create treatment goals and make sure to tackle them one by one. Life gets difficult; it's no secret. I want to help you maneuver through life's unexpected changes, challenges, difficulties, and confusions.
I specialize in the treatment of adolescents and young adults who are suffering from anxiety, depression, bereavement, and recent life changes. I am Spanish-speaking and also offer faith-based services. I work from a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective. In other words, I focus on how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors all interconnect. Cool stuff!
It is tough to find a space where you feel free to explore your deepest thoughts or most confusing emotions. I provide a neutral space where there is no bias, no judgment, and only acceptance. Even if you aren't quite sure as to why you would attend therapy, sometimes we just need someone to listen. I am ready to hear you. I can't wait to meet you.
