I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have over 7 years of experience working with all ages including adults, young adults, teens/adolescents, and children. I have worked with people with a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, substance use, parent-child relationships, self-esteem, decision making issues, and body image issues.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches that incorporate cognitive-behavioral and solution focused techniques. I believe in collaboratively setting goals with my clients to help them with their areas of need, while empowering them to use their strengths to overcome difficulties.
