Asking for help takes courage when you find yourself overwhelmed and not sure what to do. I approach my work with compassion and understanding. I strive to create an environment for you that is free of judgement. I believe that the purpose of therapy is to learn more about ourselves by expressing ourselves openly and honestly without emphasis on what is "right" or "wrong." This can help us identify deep patterns that keep us stuck and create new ways of dealing with life's challenges and being in relationships.

I help individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. I help people with a variety of issues but some of my areas of focus include: relationship issues, suicidal thoughts and feelings, addiction, trauma, and over-working. I work with people at least once per week yet those who come more frequently find therapy works better.

I work with material that arises outside of your awareness in efforts to connect you to yourself more fully. Together, we build an environment of curiosity and discovery. This can help people feel more empowered and easeful in their lives. I work with people who find themselves stuck in certain patterns and want long-lasting, durable relief.
