I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that works with children, couples, families, and individuals that are experiencing relational challenges in their lives and are in need of healthier emotional experiences and accompanying behaviors. My goal is to help clients navigate the complexities of life with a sense of security, peace, and learning. I have extensive history working with individuals, families and couples who are strained from challenging behaviors, unproductive familial patterns, and ongoing parent-child conflict.

My practice provides psychotherapy that results in self awareness and the ability to thrive within our human emotions. I help clients develop a strong relationship with themselves where they can heal and live in acceptance of their past (family of origin, trauma, ruptured attachments) and live a life of their choosing.

For me, therapy is a collaborative relational process. It is vital that my participation in each therapeutic relationship is authentic, honest, and relatable.
