Whether you are feeling stuck in your own life, or with your intimate partner/marriage, or navigating challenging dynamics with your family, I can support you to engage authentic and meaningful change.

Each session is customized to support whatever needs arise in each session. I practice integrating a number of evidence based practices with attunement and empathy. I understand everyone has a plethora of different contexts--race, gender, sexuality, class, etc, that shape who we are and how we experience ourself and the world. I hold this with respect.

This three month group therapy course is for white men who want to make a social difference in their families, communities, and the world. This group will teach you skills necessary to stay present and connected in difficult and uncomfortable conversation about racism and misogyny and learn how to speak out when you see it play out in your communities. The group is designed to build INSIGHT and SKILLS as well as SUPPORT through interactions and feedback with other group as we learn (and unlearn) the profound affects white supremacy and misogyny has on our lives.

The pain of unsuccessful dating can feel utterly discouraging and hopeless. This group is designed to help single people in their 30s and 40s who have therapy experience and want to better understand themselves in order to date with confidence and clarity.
