It's essential for people to grow intellectually, physically, and emotionally. To do this, we must be grounded by a sense of who we are as individuals and who we would like to be with others. Being able to connect and maintain healthy, lasting relationships allows us to feel competent and confident in ourselves. It's easy to trust others if we are secure in ourselves.However, when our confidence in ourselves is tested, we often become reluctant to ask for help. This is what we refer to as being "stuck".

We have many labels to describe being stuck (including anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and anger). When we're stuck, we need to reach out to others for help. This can be difficult to do, but if you do reach out, you'll find that the help you need is here.

I specialize in treating children, teens, and families for problems such as ADHD, PTSD, school and academic problems, anxiety, and depression. I also work with clients of all ages who need help with stress, adjustment problems, communication problems, grief and loss, and marital and relationship difficulties.
