I'm an experienced trauma-informed psychotherapist with an extensive history of working in the health/wellness industry, community mental health, IOP and private practice sectors. I am advanced trained in EMDR, Brianspotting, CBT, EFT, and mindfulness, employing these modalities with other integrative approaches to tailor your personalized support and care.
