I am a bright and compassionate clinician who specializes in: high sensitivity (HSP), eating disorders/ body image, OCD, PTSD/ trauma, attachment concerns & repair, relationships & family dynamics, and managing relationships impacted by personality disorders. I offer both counseling and neurotherapy (QEEG, neurostimulation, & neurofeedback) services.

Guided by neurobiological and trauma-informed principles, I primarily utilize emotion-focused, psychodynamic, and attachment techniques. My style is warm, empathic, playful, and dynamic.
