I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 30 years of counseling experience working with individual adults, couples, and adolescents. I believe in focusing on solutions and in empowering my clients to discover their own strengths and abilities to problem solve. I incorporate mindfulness strategies when working with clients who are interested in those practices.
I believe one size does not fit all and that therapy should be individualized to meet each client's needs.
