I have over 15 years of experience treating behavioral, emotional, and relational issues in children under 10. Kids aren’t blank slates; they’re developing humans with personalities, strengths, and vulnerabilities. But they don’t control their worlds (though it might seem like it sometimes!)—adults do. Parents are essential to any change process, but it can be so tricky figuring out what to do. That's where I come in. I understand the intense worry and uncertainty that can come when a child is struggling—as well as the stress, exhaustion, and even guilt that results from grappling with complex parenting issues—and I’m here to help.
Whether it’s trouble with sleep, feeding, toilet training, separation anxiety, tantrums or other behavioral problems, sibling rivalry, school adjustment, or other childhood issues that are causing distress, we can work together to get to a better place, using an approach tailored to your goals and the needs and strengths of your family and your unique child.
My approach is collaborative, playful, transparent, and strengths-based. I love getting to know families and figuring out what works for them specifically. I offer space to gain new perspective, consultation on tricky problems that cause frustration and fear, and coaching in evidence-based strategies shown to get results. Call/email for a free consultation.
