As a clinical mental health counseling graduate intern, I am deeply committed to creating culturally responsive, affirming spaces where clients, especially adolescents from underserved communities, can safely explore their identity, navigate emotional struggles, and develop a stronger sense of self. My goal as a counselor is to help others feel seen and supported, particularly those who have internalized shame, anxiety, or low self-worth due to systemic neglect or personal hardship.I understand these challenges intimately, having navigated many of them myself.

I have worked as an employment specialist serving returning citizens, domestic violence survivors, & justice-affected individuals. I’ve also worked as a lead teacher and registered behavior technician, supporting the behavioral and emotion development of diverse needs.

I aim to blend clinical expertise with cultural sensitivity and lived experience, working not just as a therapist, but as an advocate and ally for those whose stories too often go unheard.
