My passion is in healing work with intergenerational and intercultural trauma, family-of-origin pain, relationships with a narcissistic or borderline loved one, grief and loss, and different parts of your identities that may feel abandoned/rejected and conflicted. My style is warm, direct, and nurturing. I will challenge you in a loving and curious way, and hold you accountable. I will encourage play and experimentation to help empower you in creative ways. We will engage in deep introspective work as well as practical skills.
I integrate Psychodynamic Therapy, Parts Work, Trauma-informed work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples.
