My style is holistic, direct, nurturing. I will challenge you in a loving and curious way, and hold you accountable. I will encourage play and experimentation to help empower you in creative ways. We will engage in deep introspective work as well as practical skills.
I integrate Psychodynamic Therapy, Parts Work, Trauma-informed work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples.
