I’m Chigo, a licensed clinical social worker who provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore challenges and build healthier coping skills. I work with individuals and families using practical, strengths-based approaches to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and empowered. My goal is to meet clients where they are and support meaningful, lasting change at their own pace.
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your goals, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
