I provide individual counseling for adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, and other life difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, creating a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. I tailor therapy to your unique needs by integrating evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to create a safe and validating space for clients to explore their difficult emotions and discover their inner strength. My own personal journey through trauma led me to a career in counseling. I am passionate about empowering individuals to discover, as I did, their authentic selves and create the life they deserve.
